What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a lot of different things for different people. Our primary definition includes breath awareness, which is paying attention to your breath, and conscious breathing, which is breathing in a particular pattern designed to help you change your mind-body state. Our presenters and practitioners teach a variety of different kinds of breathwork.

What are 'Breathe with...' events?

Glad you asked! “Breathe With” events are LIVE events 1-2 times a month featuring World Breathwork Masters and are exclusive to BreathingPlus!

“Breathe With” events are FREE for BreathingPlus members. Non-members may purchase a ticket or they can join BreathingPlus and attend for free.

We record the talks and sessions and share them in our on-demand library. The Q+A sessions at the end are not recorded as they are special bonuses for people who attend the LIVE session. This is done to encourage LIVE participation and the energy that comes with groups of people breathing together.

As we have members from over 100 different countries, we rotate the times of the Members Exclusive events to hit all the time zones. We know that this means that sometimes the event isn’t convenient for you. And we wish we had one time that worked for everyone on the globe but that’s just not possible! We hope you understand that we want ALL of our members to have times to join us and breathe together.

Our extensive archives with on-demand availability mean there is plenty for everyone!

How do I watch The Breathing Festival archive?

The Breathing Festival 2021 archives are available to BreathingPlus members and accessible through your Members Area page (you must be an active, logged-in member to view them)

The Breathing Festival is our flagship event that happens annually around the world.

How much does all this cost?

We want to make breathwork and wellness accessible to as many people as possible from all around the world.

BreathingPlus Membership is ONLY USD$11/month or USD$111/year.

Rates will INCREASE and Membership categories will CHANGE in late 2023.

All current members who join BEFORE the increase will stay at their introductory membership rate including FULL ACCESS for as long as you keep your membership current.

BreathingPlus Membership is a recurring subscription service. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
